She helps women from all walks of life build a solid foundation of self love.
She believes that in order to live life OUT LOUD fearlessly, and do so to your fullest potential, you must first start with a foundation of self-love!
She is also developing a member-based network that coincides with the G.A.L.S. program which allows her clients to stay connected to each other for support, ongoing encouragement and accountability.
In all of her endeavors, Ms. Sampson seeks to inspire and support others in their struggles and encourages “living out loud.” In her presentations, Ms. Sampson regularly speaks about overcoming anxiety and depression, and how self-love became not only her outlet, but her foundation to overcome all of her personal struggles.
Ms. Sampson is currently working on her memoir, which will follow her best-selling book “Live Out Loud.” She also enjoys expressing her feelings and emotions by writing poetry, which is one of Ms. Sampson’s many found talents.
She attended Morgan State University and Essex Community College where she learned Social and Human Behavior, which allows her to better understand her struggles and help others with theirs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her young daughter teaching Jalyn by example to be grateful and to never take things for granted and to always give back.
They both enjoy spending time helping and feeding the homeless in their community.
Ms. Sampson thrives on new challenges and will always have something brewing to make her, her daughter and those around her better than they were yesterday.
